How do you handle data security and compliance?

How does pricing work?
For projects with well-defined scope we work on a fixed-price basis; for research-heavy projects we use a time & materials model. The initial discovery and preliminary analysis are complimentary; a detailed proposal follows. Payments are structured in two stages by default: 50% on contract, 50% on delivery.
